firm’s day-to-day investment and management responsibilities are overseen by
James R. Pearlstein and Reed J. Slogoff, Esquire.
Mr. Pearlstein,
a graduate of Georgetown University (BA) and Temple
University's Law School and Business School (JD-MBA),
has numerous years of real estate investment and
operating experience. His experience includes a
four (4) year stint in senior management at Toll
Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) where he directed special
acquisitions, including the acquisition of land
and multi-million dollar investment properties.
He brings diversity and depth of expertise in the
real estate business
Mr.
Slogoff has an extensive background in real estate finance and corporate
law. A graduate of the University of
Pennsylvania (BA) with a management concentration from the Wharton School, Mr.
Slogoff spent several years with the prominent Dilworth law firm in
Philadelphia and as a member of the management team of Entercom Communications
Corp. (NYSE: ETM). Mr. Slogoff is a
member of the board of directors of Universal Heights, Inc., a publicly traded
property casualty insurance company. He
brings extensive experience in the negotiation of real estate acquisitions and
complex financing transactions.
